DCT appointed a representative in Czechia and Slovakia.

For several years, DCT Gdansk container terminal has been building its position in Czechia and Slovakia. Every year, through this terminal, passes dozens of containers filled with goods coming from or sent to these countries.

Gdansk and Piraeus most dynamic container ports in Europe

In 2019 the ports of Gdansk and Piraeus handled over 2.07 million TEU and around 5.7 million TEU respectively.

First regular railway service to connect China with Gdansk

DCT Gdansk launched the first permanent railway connection of the Euro China Train. The train will regularly arrive from Xi’an in China via the Adampol Małaszewicze land terminal to the DCT maritime container terminal in the Port of Gdańsk.

The Gdansk Central Port’s eventual conception has been presented

The Port of Gdansk Authority has been working on the concept of development of the Central Port for nearly a year. The first terminals may be ready as soon as 2029.
