Eurasian supply chains in times of COVID-19

The current conditions for Eurasian transport are extremely stressful. According to analyses of leading international institutions, this article attempts to diagnose the current impact of the pandemic on the disruption of supply chains in European ports, including those of Central and Eastern Europe.

The Outer Port in Gdynia is getting closer thank to a record-breaking year in cargo handling

“The idea of building the Outer Port is becoming a reality, it is the greatest project in the history of the Port of Gdynia and is primarily aimed at increasing the transhipment potential and further reinforcing the competitive position of the Port of Gdynia in the Baltic Sea region,” stressed Adam Meller, President of Port of Gdynia Authority S.A.

Central Europe via Port of Koper

The port operates all 12 specialized terminals in the multipurpose port, handling all types of cargo: containers, cars and Ro-Ro, various general cargo products, dry bulk, liquid bulk and passengers.
